Your privacy is important to us

Ocho Holdings Co. and its affiliates, (“Ocho”, "OCHO", "ocho.co", "our," "us," or "we"), are committed to protecting the privacy and security of your personal information. This privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) explains the privacy practices of Ocho for those who interact with us through our Services. This does not extend to other websites owned and controlled by our partners or third parties to whom we have provided links, nor to any social media platforms that are governed by their own terms of use and privacy policies.

To the extent that there is a conflict between this Privacy Policy and any privacy notice regarding a transaction between you and us or your personally identifiable information, the consumer privacy notice takes precedence.

Your consent to this privacy policy

Your use of Ocho’s Services is at all times subject to the Terms of Use at ocho.co/terms, which incorporates this Privacy Policy. Any terms we use in this policy without defining them have the definitions given to them in the Terms of Use at ocho.co/terms.

By using our Services, you agree to this Privacy Policy and the collection and use of information contemplated hereby. This is our entire and exclusive Privacy Policy and it supersedes any earlier version.

How we notify you about changes to this policy

Ocho may change this Privacy Policy by posting a new version of this Privacy Policy on our Website or through our Services, and it is your responsibility to review this policy periodically. When we do change the policy, we will also revise the "Revised" date and may notify you or post a message on the Website and/or through our Services. Your continued use of the Website or Services constitutes your agreement to this Privacy Policy and any updates.
