What documents do I need to apply at OCHO?
At OCHO, we are more flexible with identification than other insurance marketplaces.
You need one of these: State Driver’s License, Foreign Driver’s License, State ID, Matrícula Consular, Passport.
It isn’t necessary to have a Social Security Number, Credit Score or a Driver’s License.
However, a driver’s license from the state you live in will get you the best rate.
Can I apply with a foreign drivers license?
Yes! However, having a driver's permit in the US can actually lead to lower rates for you. And if you happen to secure one in the same state where your license is issued, those rates can get even better. It's all about those practical advantages!
