What is an endorsement?

An endorsement is any change made to your current policy, like:

  • Adding or removing a vehicle
  • Adding or removing a driver
  • Changing coverages
  • Updating vehicle information
How do I request a policy change?
  1. Log in to your account
  2. Go to Policies
  3. Click Manage vehicles, coverages, drivers
  4. Pay the $25 processing payment

Complete and submit the form

What is the $25 payment for?

The $25 is not a fee.
It goes toward your policy balance and helps start the endorsement process.

How long does it take to get updated documents?

Most endorsement requests are processed within 1–2 business days.
Once ready, you’ll receive updated documents and pricing (if applicable).

Will my price change?

Sometimes, it depends on the changes requested.

  • If the price change is less than $200 → The change is automatically accepted.
  • If the price change is more than $200 → You’ll need to pay 25% of the premium difference to finalize the change.
What if I don’t like the new price?

No problem.
If you don’t sign the new documents, the change will not be completed.

You can contact us by phone or chat to cancel the request.
Your current policy will stay the same.

Will requesting a change affect my current policy?

No.
Your current policy stays active unless you approve and complete the new endorsement.

Do I have to sign new documents?

Yes. If there is a price or coverage change, you’ll need to review and sign updated documents before changes take effect.

Can I call or chat instead of doing it online?

Yes. Our team can help walk you through it, but submitting through your account is usually the fastest way.
